Special Requirements:
- All Subscriptions require a Free Forum Account.
- VIP+ Addon requires an active purchase of VIP. This means a total price tag of $185.00 + $170.00
- *Longer Premium Subscriptions are cheaper, please check here prior to purchase.
Legal Stuff:
- To Purchase, You must be 18 Years or older or have permission from an adult to place the purchase.
- All Purchases are done via PayPal. No exceptions are made for the security of both ourselves and users.
- All Prices are in United States Dollars (USD)
- Purchase must be made by the account holder or card holder or with said person present. All cancellation and additional PayPal fees that may be incurred by Credit Card chargeback requests will be passed on to you.
- Abyssal Gaming reserves the right to chase any outstanding monies; ie if a chargeback occurs because you chose to falsify your intentions, we may legally chase you for compensation for fees involved in the process.
- All Premium Services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated (ie. Moneyback Guarantees).
- The Purchase of Premium or VIP does not make you immune from the standard operating rules.
- Breaking of a rule that results in the termination of your premium service or benefits, also voids your right to a refund. No Exceptions.
Modifications to These Terms:
Abyssal Gaming Network reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any time. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review the Site and these Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued use of the Site after such modifications to this Agreement will constitute acknowledgment of the modified Terms of Service and agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Terms of Service.
